DWi is registered with the office of the Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC) and complies with all its regulatory requirements. All client accounts are assigned to and managed by an OISC registered advisor who will act as a central point of contract in relation to the provision of advice, support and any issues the client may face. This includes candidate assessment, immigration stradegy development and applications support.

As one of our core vaules,we guard this reputation vigorously and this is maintained by in-depth assessment, evaluation and analysis of standards. To assist in achieving this objective, we undertake internal file audits, monthly case specific client satisfaction surveys and an annual service review with our leading clients.

In the unlikely event that any aspect of the service fall short of client client expectation, the matter will be fully investigated and prompt remendial action taken. If you feel that the standard of service is below expectation you may lodge your complaint to our directors by filling complaints / Feedback forms in this section. This office will give a response within seven working days.
